How can i book an appointment ?
Click any “Book Free Consultation” button on the website and fill out the consultation form. After submitting, you’ll be offered available times for a virtual Google Meet consultation where we’ll learn more about your desired look and provide the best and most affordable option for your needs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, as we can be booked out up to two weeks in advance, especially during weekends and peak event seasons. However, depending on availability, we can sometimes accommodate appointments in as little as 24 hours.
What products do you use?
Moroccanoil
Moroccanoil originated from a transformative salon treatment using argan oil, a powerful, antioxidant-rich ingredient sourced from its native Morocco. Do you offer trial sessions for bridal or event services?
Yes. We offer trial sessions for bridal and special event services so we can fully understand your vision, refine your desired look, and ensure everything feels perfect before your event day. For weddings, multi-day events, or larger bookings, we typically require additional notice to allow proper planning, scheduling, and preparation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 15% or $50 service charge (whichever is less). This fee can be applied toward your appointment if you choose to reschedule.
Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 14 days or for the soonest available time slot. If not, that cancellation charge becomes non-refundable.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer referral discounts. If you refer a client who books an appointment, both you and your referral will receive a discount on your next service—20% or $50 off each (whichever is less).
Do you require a debit/credit card to book an appointment?
Yes. A card is required to secure your booking. This helps reserve your time slot and ensure availability for your appointment.
What is your refund policy?
We strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their service. If you are truly not happy with your experience, we will offer a full refund. However, a full refund typically means we will no longer be able to provide future services to you.
Before issuing any refund, we strongly recommend a no-cost correction so we can make adjustments and ensure you are fully satisfied with the results.
